How to Sell LoadCentral eLoad and Other Prepaid Products

If you are new to LoadCentral, here’s a step by step guide on how to sell eload and other products using the retailer’s webtool.

Step 1. Login to your Webtool acount. (How to Login?)

Step 2. Once logged in, you’ll see the “Retailer’s Webtool“.

Step 3. The default tab is set on “Eload Products” button.

If you want to sell epins, click on “Call Cards” button.
If you want to sell game credits, click on “Game Products button“.
And so on and so forth…

Step 4. For example, if you want to sell 15 regular load to a Smart customer just select the product from the drop down menu.

Step 5. Enter the customer’s mobile number in the “BUYER’S No.” field then click “SELL PRODUCT” button.

Step 6. You will see this confirmation message after successful transaction.

Step 7. Now, there are products that require an optional parameter such as Dream Smartcard and Globe Autoloadmax with its PhP15-150 variable denomination.

Step 8. For example if you’re going to sell 40 regular load to a Globe customer, select the product from the drop down menu, enter customer’s mobile number, then key in the denomination (e.g. for P40 worth, key in 40).

Step 9. Click “SELL PRODUCT” button to complete the transaction. You should see a confirmation message after successful transaction.
